The Office: Tutorials
I've only got a couple of tutorials up and ready in here, but I trust they will help you. I'm currently working on a Photoshop tutorial.
Cel
Making Tutorial
This
tutorial will teach you how to make animation cels that will look realistic.
An animation cel is traditionally painted on a clear transparency and placed
on top of a background; each frame of animation would be painted onto a cel,
placed over the background and shot individually, one after the other, to give
the illusion of movement.
Perspective
Tutorial
This tutorial is made to teach the basics of perspective, as it applies to
objects and backgrounds; it also gives a lot of importance to how perspective
applies to drawing characters, alone or in relation with the objects and background
around them.
Model
Sheet: Drawing Snouts
I did not include any instructions with this. It should be pretty self explanatory,
with a 4 step process at the bottom and construction drawings of Karine Puppy's
head.
Model
Sheet: Gargoyle feet
Again, this does not include any instructions. I put this together quickly to
reply to a question about it. The two model sheets are mostly posted here as
a reminder for myself to post a full tutorial on "Unusual anatomy".
